Your electronic service record is located on NSIPS (https://nsipsprod.nmci.navy.mil/nsipsclo/jsp/index.jsp). In addition to checking your ESR, you must regularly access NSIPS to update or verify your - Civilian Employer Information (CEI), - Page 2 (dependency data), - address and phone numbers.

NOTE – for updating CEI, Page 2, and address and phone numbers go to the Employee Self Service tab, Electronic Service Record tab, and TASKS – VIEW will not allow you to update.
